PG-ARENAS!!!!! Report It
In terms of balance I agree, the Pistons with Prince, Wallace, and Maxiell have a deadly combination of offense, defense, intensity, and chemistry. Honorable mentions should go to Orlando with Howard, Turkoglu, and Lewis, though they are a bit undersized so that hurts them, and Boston with Perkins, Garnett, and Pierce but I say Detroit still plays better together.
If the Lakers are healthy and learn to work together though, it's scary to think about Odom, Bynum, and Pasol with their length and height on the court at the same time.
a healthy laker team
bynum and gasol at c/pf, lemar at pf, ronni, chris mimh, rodmonovic, unstoppable
For now, Detriot, that front court has lots of versatility and experience. In the near FUTURE, it will be very different though..
I think Lakers will have something to say if Bynum comes back: Bynum; Gasol; Odom; Turiaf; Ariza; Radmanovic.
Are you a Pistons fan?
You said that the Pistons have the best backcourts (or guards), now you say they have the best front court.
The best Front Court would got to be the Rockets' club.
In case you don't know, Landry, Scola, Battier, Mutombo, Hayes, and Yao Ming.
That gives you the best defensive front court in the NBA.
Garnett, Big Baby, Perkins, Powe, PJ Brown CELTICS have a star youth, and experience on their frontline, any one can go double double on any night
Definitely a case for the Lakers with Bynum.
Best Frontcourt: When Lakers get Bynum back they will have 2 good 7 footers, and Odom(triple double waiting to happen)
Best Backcourt: Either Ellis and Davis or Billups and Hamilton.
What about Utah??
Carlos Boozer, Mehmet Okur, and Andrei Kirilenko have all been named to the all star team in recent years. Throw in a stud like Paul Millsap, and a tough guy like Matt Harpring, and that's a deep frontline. Even Jarron Collins is good on the defensive end.
Detroit has the best BACK COURT not the best front court.
Right now, I think it's the Lakers' Gasol-Odom-Radmanovic.
How about the Lakers?
C - Andre Bynum
PF - Pau Gasol
SF - Lamar Odom
SG - Kobe Bryant
PG - Derek Fisher
Off the bench:
C/PF - Ronny Turiaf
C - Chris Mihm
F - Luke Walton
C - DJ Mbenga
F - Trevor Ariza
F - Vladimir Radmanovic
I think the Lakers have a good frontcourt starters as well of the bench.
