Knicks #1- way, way in front
#4--sacramento (drafts too many slow white guys that suck--cant evaluate talent)
#5-phily (Igadala is over-rated, they overpay these bums/post players, cant evaluate talent)
honorable mentions- new jersey (bunch of creamy-puffs, choke artists), memphis (Gasol sux), charlotte (bunch of retards), indiana (no talent)

i'll put the cavs because of their failure to resign verajao or find a suitable replacement. the spurs offered them scola and didn't take the trade because they'd have to accept jackie butler's contract too.
bobcats too. the FO likes to stockpile alot of wing talents and 2 guards which would have been great except they have no point guard. who the hell is running the offense for that team?
clippers. i don't think the management understands that elton brand, great though he is, can't carry this team on his own. get the dude some help will yah!
knicks takes the cake... and the plate too when its comes to dysfunctionality. at least they're good at something.

Knicks, Lakers, Timberwolves....agreed there. Everyone knows about the Knicks, the Lakers have had issues since Jerry West left, and the Timberwolves.....Kevin McHale has proven he can't manage a franchise and they pissed away one of the greatest players in the game today by not complementing him with the talent he needed to play beyond April, and they're only going to get worse.

A few years ago you could've said Portland, but maybe things are better there now that most of the "JailBlazers" are gone?
Sonics--all the turmoil with owner Clay Bennett wanting them out of Seattle...the city fighting them for the lease on Key Arena.
Grizzlies--have had issues for years. Owner wants to sell the team, couldn't cut it in Vancouver...now they want out of Memphis, Pau Gasol is always unhappy, never won a playoff game.
The 4th Right now I'd have to say Bulls because there 2-10 and can't get a win. Considering they were a threat last year there this years joke. All there players were playing great last year and there a very young team.
And the 5th goes to Seattle theve been a failure for a while and need to get a big player because if they can't do it with ray allen it will have to take somebody like Dwight Howard, LeBron or even McGrady.

portland has done an excellent job with their organization the past 2 years. They retooled with young promising players, and got rid of all their diseases. I really like where this franchise is going.
